Eric Bell has enjoyed participating in Twin City Chess League (TCCL) over the years and has also helped to grow the league by encouraging new players and new teams to join the fun. This fall Eric is taking his support for TCCL to a whole new level as he leads the group that will be organizing and running the event at a church in Bloomington beginning in October.
