Linden Lee & Troy Cavanah Win State Scholastic Playoffs

Congratulations to Linden Lee who scored 4/5 points in a very tough 6-person K-12 playoff to win the Minnesota qualification for the 2022 Denker National Tournament of High School State Champions. The tournament begins July 30th in Rancho Mirage, California.

Congratulations to Troy Cavanah who went a perfect 5-0 to win the K-8 playoff. With this win Troy qualified to represent Minnesota in the Barber National Tournament of Middle School State Champions.

Linden & Troy played excellent chess during the month of March as they both went undefeated in winning the State Scholastic Tournaments and the State Scholastic Playoffs.
